Fruitstock is a relaxed weekend event of fun and participation.The Flowers & Plants Association (F&PA) ran hourly workshops from 1pm to 6pm both days for 30 people at each session - 360 people learned how to make a fast funky flower arrangement, ably instructed by London florist and F&PA member Dennis van Wonderen.

The F&PA's jewellery-making table had long queues of all ages wanting to participate, including a surprising number of men demanding to be decorated with flowers! Around 1500 visitors adorned themselves with floral necklaces, bracelets, armlets and hair decorations, in true festival spirit.
